installation - mech do it as a favour less then 400 buck.

helo guys. i'm new here. driving wira sedan 4g91 auto but hav a few engine problems which i can't solve it. even went to a few workshops, n dey can;t help to solve it. really hope someone here can help me..
1. rpm will drop especially in hot weather. it drops from normal 900 to 500-600. n d car performs like shit... shaking like hell due to d low rpm. but some how d car is stable when early in d morning, when there's sttill no ot sun. n at nite. wat d heck??
2. when i'm cruising on highways o streets, d rpm will suddenly drop a little bit, den it will go bec to normal. sometimes need to pedal d fuel, den d rpm will go bec to normal. so d car will go like WOOOO.....wooooooo....WOOOOO...... is tat normal??
pls pls....help help..everyone is saying 4g91 is a lot better, more power...bt mine....hai.....:banghead: ...sad....

er...fred....where u do ur ecu reprogram...i tried few shops...all oso say my ecu kenot reprogram...got such thing?

joe, i dunno...all i saw is when it reaches 4k its at 76bhp after that he said dont wan to run anymore cos engine too lean KNNCCB!!!

hey cal,cud u explain,if u wud like 2 la...hehehhe.. wat is runnning rich/lean, y isit dangerous ?? coz u were saying running lean dangerous kan.. n how do i knw if my engine is like tat?

walau eh,u ody change block eh?? surprise 2 hear 93 block kinda cheap.. rm300...
 
he was talking about the air fuel mixture....
rich=too much fuel
lean=too lil fuel
too rich makan minyak....
too lean jimat....but then.....engine knocking coz tak cukup minyak and wil mengakibatkan enjip meletup....then u can change block to 4g93...hahaha....

hope i cleared ur confusion...but running on too rich doesnt mean is good,but its safe....wanna check r....one of the way is when u install a adjustable fuel regulator...usually come wit a fuel pressure gouge...from there u can see wat pressure u r running....too rich or too lean...best way...dyno....

As mentioned earlier.. myself now at offshore rig at Terengganu waters ler.. kekeke.. Working night (6pm - 6am, thats why alot of my replies recently around mid nite).. cant join TT even i wanted too.. when i'm onshore, then i dont have internet access.. susah pulak wanna set for TT unless sumone is gud enough to invite me lar.. heheh

guess our uncle either got lobang or wanna bluff us la.....
or mayb he trade in his ori 91 block......

i dun think fuel regulator can read ur fueling...
it oni show ur fuel pressure la....
if wanna knoe running lean or rich.....
guess hav to use A/F meter....
but then if not mistaken....
its not really accurate la....
unless using wideband lo....
dyno also using wideband ma.....
but then its not cheap la....heehee

and fyi, that 91 block i am keeping and reboring it to fit mivec pistons.
