I received SMS few weeks ago, 1 friends' friend FRV need absorbers replacement, but sadly, I accidentally deleted all SMS from my phone - err..u know, jakarta thingy must be shed away from Home Minister....kekekekeke

Got the EDIX last month, baru je first svc clock at 2000km, with advise from friend from this forum, my service at JJOU just cost RM120. Anyone knos where to get the DVD panel, can use HONDA Freed Panel ke?...

I need help regarding my central lock key. Just change the battery for the key, however the central lock still does not function. Is there something...such as resetting or setting need to be done first before the central lock can function as i have a small plastic card with bar-code attached to the key.

anybody can help or got any ideas to deal with this issue? Thanks in advance for suggestion on this problem.

Baba,

No need to reset, just try start yr car using the key first dont use keyless or the electronic card..once turn off the engine then try to use the central lock..b4 that dont bring along yr electronic card .. I think that will work..

Salam Rizal,

I just did as what you recommanded .... it works but not all the time [lock /unlock]. Usually after turning off the engine, it works to lock the car door but later on when I tried to unlock the door it doesn't work...so back to manual unlocking. It seem that the key doesn't stored the coded for locking/unlocking the doors permanently.

If you have anymore suggestion I would like to hear and try it. Thanks.

I'm always carriyng both key and electronic card in wallet, to lock, can used both as the auto lock security will lock the car once you are 3ft away from yr car rite, manual (keys) or auto (card) but to open it..Hehehe...still in learning period la bro....

I did the same thing, I carried the card with the manual key and my wife used the central locking key. I still wonder wheather there is a way to make the central locking key keep the code for locking/unlocking permanently. Thanks.

Just change my Wald sport rims... bcoz of gegar over 100km/h, tried to do balancing twice but nothing change... so, i changed to ori accord 2.0 sport rims... settle..

put radio booster in Ipoh.. Rm65 only..

ustaz.. same goes to my edix too... gegar bangat when it reaches 100km/h. Did the balancing twice.. sama jugak... tambah cone pun sama... so.. kata mana leh dapat ori Honda rims and berapa harga .?

Hi Guys, am actually contemplating this car, but a question in my head. Is the 1.7 really underpowered??

I went to Glory Wheels Jalan Cheras last Sunday and apparently the prices have gone up. I was quoted RM119K for the 1.7 and RM129K for the 2.0. Did'nt nego or anything yet as still atcontemplating stage. How much did you guys get ur cars for??

But overall was impressed by the space the car offers. Looks like an ideal MPV for me. The novelty of the car's 3 front seats means my wife does not have to sit in the back when the new born comes. Can strap a baby seat/carrier in the middle front seat, with her remaining up front and my 2 other kids can have plenty of space on their own at the back. Luggage space is also superb....

Hi all, sorry for not being here for quite a long time.
Yup. almost everyone who gets the 1.7 with the WALD wheels (rims) do suffer gegar at 100kmh and above, it is the rims!!!!
Hope that people who already changed it to another brand can share their expereinces - DO NOT DO BALANCING AND SUCH like letak centre cone or what because it will happen again.
Just go to any reputable sport rims shop and try to find another Honda Accord or Civic original rims - it will safe u cost and do justice too!!

Mine is 2.0, I already changed it to a 17 inches once I got it from Glorywheels because the standard tires came with the car is already 5 years!! - u can look at your spare tire also, its already old and need a replacement - I STILL DO NOT DO ANY REPLACEMENT.

I think most of you guys here do deals with Lee from Glorywheels.
Ask him about the best price for bodykits and to repair your HID balast (for 2.0 models) headlights - 016 216 7288 - tell him Hisham give u the number in ZTH.

As for audio upgrades, I think we should meet and discuss somewhere in Damansara are, since there are a number of shops there claimed by certain ZTH members can do the audio upgrades -
