i have competed with a single 10" sub before so i can assure u if its a good sub with good power and tuning there wouldnt be any issue at all.
whenever u want to compare subs dont just do by size, must compare the build quality, sub design, materials used, power handling and manufacturer's record/reputation also. dont forget, same goes for the box design, build quality and tuning.
