If you are a Malaysian working overseas, yes u can apply for loan as long u have the MyKad. Just prove of foreign earnings (payslips) is required and a local bank account.
I have just found that from my mate at SG that the maximum loan for my car is between 125 to 135k (not bad considering the age) from AmBank - very very aggressive bank. Interest is hovering around 3.4 to 3.6% depending on your financial status or records.
Innocente will be able to sort you on the insurance and roadtax stuffs :)

ohhh.. thanks guys.. i will consider it.. i think it will be cheaper to buy in Malaysia rather than bring mine back ....sorry for the bias..
