The lap prior to the move, Mika attempted a move on Schumi and he tried to overtake from the right while in the Kemmel Straights, before the corner of Les Combes(right hand corner). Schumi has some speed and pushed Mika 1 wheel into the grass. Mika waited for the next opportunity, followed him thru to Eau Rouge and off they go to Kemmel Straights again. This time Mika had more pace and more tow from Schumi's car. However, there was Ricardo Zonta(not Villeneuve) in a BAR backmarker. Schumi moved to the left on the track to overtake Zonta while Mika sensing an almost impossible overtaking move just jinked to the right also to overtake Zonta at the same time. Mika obviously had more speed and pace and managed to overtake Zonta and just somehow overtook Schumi at the same time. I suppose Mika braked a little later into the Les Combes corner and that helped alot in overtaking Schumi who was left stunned and couldn't stage a fightback.It was one of the most stunning victory by Mika and quite right said, he started first and lost the position when he spun in a wet track. He expertly corrected the spin and managed to bring the car to control again but was already overtaken by Schumi. After the pitstops, Mika gained more momentum and started chipping away Schumi's lead, till the fateful lap where he made perhaps one of the most stunning overtaking move F1 ever seen.</blockquote>
