2nd hand Perodua Myvi

I've did my own study on how to spot a good second hand car. At the moment, I'm interested in getting a Perodua Myvi as my Proton Iswara is having too much problems. Any specific issues I should be looking at in a Myvi? Car specs and condition as listed below :

Year : 2006 / 2007
CC : 1.3EZi
Transmission : Auto
Mileage : Estimated 20-30,000km(s)
Remarks : Acc Free
: Serviced @ Perodua authorized w.shop
: No modifications

Most common issue my friends met with myvi is the window switch.. After some time cant roll down/up the window..
Minor prob only lah, can open up the switch panel n clean the contact point.. Another friend changed to passo interior, prob settle..
