endorse to jpj , but it should be no prob. cause the custom document is still
available & converted 1.3 to 1.6 is still legal (not more than 25% upgrading).
but if u dont want to endorse also can as long u bring along the custom surat
to anywhere u drive...and dont go for lumba haram he hee..nanti kantoi (busted):p
