a33 turning problem

my a33steering turning so little
i have to do twice at an u-turn while other car juz one..
anyone haveing the same problem? cause i wonder previous owner do something on the steering..

Maximum is 1 and a half turn from centre to left or right. Approx 540 degrees. It should not turn beyond 580 degrees as it could snap the spiral cables.

Min. turning radius: 5 m
