Really a sad/bad experienced. I have been using this adjustable for about 2 years + and it served me well and I am "happy" of this product although that's pro and con. I called distributor to inquiry about availability of cartridge replacement because I noticed car handling has started wobbling badly during cornering and over speed bump. Distributor confirmed stock is available and ready to pick up in HQ. I was happy and delighted! Tomorrow afternoon drove there and ask the sale attendance about the product that I am wanted. OMG! he said all are sold out from the same person that I spoken on the phone on yesterday!
So what choice do I have? My obvious expression was upset and disappointed. Suddenly to my surprise the sale attendance willingly to dismantle the existing absorber and took out the cartridge from display unit. I am impressed for his extended helps. Finally I managed to buy as what I "wanted" and walk away happily.
Now I have mixed feeling here because why main distributor do not have sufficient stock for replacement parts and most of the AUTO magazines are promoting this product aggressively. So how to expect dealers to sell this product to consumer? I am not sure what about others but I am sharing my thought and experienced.
