Advice on car loans for oldish car

Heya guys, as you can see from my post count I'm a super noob and in all matters vehicular. Thing is i recently got the angin to get a car. Something sporty-ish. Yknow embrace my youth and all that. Unfortunately being poor and earning peanuts the cars that I do want to get are around 15 years old. This is unfortunate. I need some guidane and hand holding when it comes to getting a car loan for cars this old. As I've read, banks won't give out a loan to cars older than 13 years. This is bad. If I could find a loan, what sort of a downpayment are we talking about? Thank you all for your hand holding and not flaming me :D

i think u can get some assistance from a legal finance company but the interest will be damn high. anybody, pls correct me if i'm wrong.

it all depends on relationship....mostly

spot for the car u r interested 1st of all, and then ask for the loan procedure...

as u mention car over 13yrs old, the market value wil not be tat high as it is depreciated every year....the car wil be selling at a very low price as i guess.

and i personaly not suggest u to get a car more than 10yrs old. i know n understand tat the car is really cheap n u love it.

BUT how bout maintenance n repair fee? u gotta know the fee aint cheap so an old car, n somehow the parts r not available (depends)

tat time maybe ur repair fee is higher than ur instalment fee....

Is the car form a used car dealer ?
Maybe can go for Credit loan but interest is high or the best is apply a
personal loan from Bank rakyat or sumwhere & grab da car Cash...
