Arrival Time and waiting area o To arrive carpark Sepang Circuit Petronas at 9.00am o To avoid congestion, each club please only send two representatives to register at the Car Club Registration. Entry to event o Car Sticker, one per car will be given upon registration. This will allow parking at the grandstand area. o Wrist Tag, two per car will be given upon registration. This allows access to Paddock Rooftop, Pit-Walkabout (at 12.30pm) and Air-Conditioned dining at Paddock. Those who do not have this tags can purchase them for RM10 at the gate. o Meal Coupon, one per car will be given upon registration. This is for one meal from Kayu Nasi Kandar (is redeemable at the Grandstand Mamak or the Air-Conditioned Dining at Paddock). It is for a set meal only without drinks. Parking arrangements o Club Members are requested to wait at PA parking upon registration and will be brought in to the grandstand area in batches, its on a first come first serve basis. o Cars will be parked on one-side until all the space has been taken up and a 2nd row will then be made starting from the inner corner of the grandstand. Please park in order. o There will be Runners to guide you from the PA parking to the grandstand. o Kelly will determine the parking personnel. Side Events o Rally X Demo and Taxi Rides o At the paddock area (4 scheduled times are listed on the leaflet) o There are limited rides available, if you are interested, please head to the paddock early o Gymkhana Competition o Although in the flyer it is written as Autocross, to make it more happening, GRA has decided to make it into a Gymkhana o It is for registered participants only, if interested, please contact Ian Khong directly o ICE Competition o Scheduled to start from 12pm to 4pm o Please bring some ear-plugs if you want to stand close o Should you be interested to participate, please contact Nic Wang directly o Turn It Up DJs Performance o Situated at the Paddock (next to pit building) o 10 DJs from Turn It Up playing in between each race Highlights o Pit-Walkabout o Scheduled time 12.30pm to 1.30pm o Access to paddock is through the first tunnel at the Grandstand located next to Kayu Nasi Kandar o Access is only to those with the wrist tags o Pre-Race Ceremony o Scheduled time 1.50pm to 2.10pm o Post-Race Podium Presentation o Immediately after each race 6.
