Actually, customers are getting too demanding nowadays I reckon. I under customers must be demanding because they are paying it but some of them are just ridiculous.
I used to be a camera salesman. Closing sales already, gave 2 free gifts, still can ask for more! Damn Malaysians.
They all said Japan or HK they won't demand for more stuffs, they buy themselves.

Ya, Toyota Service so far really the price may be higher than outside which is norm at
any service center, but 1 thing, my car always comes out perfect with problem solved.

What you pay is what you get sometimes is applicable. But some under the tree shop
can do a real good job as well. Depends on their integrity and principle as a businessman.

Well, under the tree one depends whether they specialized or not. Near my house got 2. One is really under the BIG tree in front of his house. The mechanic used to be a Volvo mechanic so you can see many Volvo parked outside his house, but mostly the older model. Probably new models too much electronics....
The other used to be on KTM land, you will not believe but BMW specialist and hell of a lot BMW, old and new parked outside on the roadside....
