Never seen or heard of this HKS item, can't read it.

Ad says "HKS EVTC" : "Electronic Valve Timing Controller"? Does it stand for that?

Then why does the picture have different name on the item?

I think its my eyes but it looked like ELECTRONIC "COLYININ" SYSTEM to me
