Anyone knows the history?

One blue 97 WRX for sale in Cheras dealer (advertised in MT). If i am not wrong, the no. plate is J** 501. It seemed that this unit has been retraded in three times to this same dealer. Something wrong? Anyone who knows anything about this WRX (coz my friend is keen to buy)?

saw the car few times on the track...quite fast..

At least i know the car has been used on track before. Will let my friend know. Would appreciate if anyone else has more info about this car or better, sale leads on WRX 97 and above. Thanks!
