I would like to share my case about been rip offs by YS Tyres & Car Care Service at Pusat Perdagangan Seri Kembangan. My wira got a clutch problem. It seem like losing gear. Well,I just changed it 3 month ago. So, I drove to the nearest Auto service shop which located at Sri kembangan Commercial centre.At first, the technician Ah Fatt threaten me and said my car having very serious problem and have to do parts replacement immediately. I'm shocked they knew that without checking further details yet. So, they seems like very professional. They took about 1 hour to pulled out the clutch set and other parts from my wira and then they strongly recommended me to change the whole clutch set, if not they won't guaranteed my car can move further. This sound like very serious. Due to i have to catch up my appointment later. So, i have no choice must let them fix it(wait another 2 hours). I was very curious, my clutch set was quite new(i been changed it 3 months ago). So, I want them to be my professional adviser to let me record what they did and said with my camera phone, so I can claim from my supplier. When they noticed that I was recording them , they suddently talked differently and told me the truth wasn't the clutch problem but just require a minus adjustments to my clutch set, but for safety purposes is good to change the whole clutch set. Well, I feel ripped off. So, I was very unhappy they lied to me earlier. <img src="https://zerotohundred.com/forums/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/eek.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":eek:" title="Eek    :eek:" data-shortname=":eek:" /> Well, their reaction become very weird and said can replace the old clutch for me if I intent to do that(with rudeness reactions) but need to take another 3 hours and maybe got overtime charges. I was burnt on my head, and start to argued with them. That time i was alone, they got 2 technicians non-stop talking their bullshit reasons and mother stories and shown me rudeness feedback. Finally i end-up with RM350(RM388) for the minus adjustments and forced to paid for that brand new exedy clutch set!!!!! <img src="https://zerotohundred.com/forums/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/mad.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":mad:" title="Mad    :mad:" data-shortname=":mad:" /> My previous clutch set was heavy duty(4 springs), and now they replaced it with light duty(3 springs) with almost the same price RM288. One of the technician Ah Fatt told me there are all the same, can use for long time. That's my experience. Thanks for allow me to speak out. I feel better now to let ppl know about that. Beware to Auto Repair Rip Offs, better find some friends to accompany you if you want to service or repair your car. Must check every steps they did!!! :secruity:</blockquote>
