Black Africans In Malaysia

Is the Malaysia govt doing enuf to curb the entry of these Black Africans which is causing lots of problem in our society. Just yesterday there is a rape case that involve these ppl. To me, this is another TIME BOMB and if not control will cause more problems for Malaysia. Not that we hv no problem with foreign immigrants.
