Wira carburetor engine, during the morning engine cold startup .. The exhaust pipe pump out some black smoke and engine is shaking (smell strong petrol from pipe). After 1 minute when engine heat up, the black smoke is gone and engine is run smoothly. The carburetor has been sent to rebuild and has changed the gasket, o ring and etc. Sent to EON using machine tuning already. No leak in engine oil, Piston ring and valve seal is OK. Auto Choke from what i see when engine cold and engine heat up. The choke has working.

Who have encouter this weird symtomps mind to share the experience? Where is the culprit?:confused::confused:

All sifu .. please help ...

Check ur AFR ratio. Maybe the service workers tuned it to make it richer in fuel..
Also, monitor ur fuel consumption..if u're consuming more fuel than usual.. then it might be ur AFR settings. :)

isnt it at morning need more fuel then usual for cold start?
even happen to me injection engine, but when i add e-manage no more black smoke during morning (add it not to counter the black smoke la.. hehe)
maybe ur choke setting above normal..

machine tuning for carburator ? thats a joke..carb only CO can be measure using machine. I suspect your autochoke jammed or idling tuning is not right + AF incorrect else won't have so much black smoke..

How about after warmed up and if you driving and step big throttle...got black smoke ? If yes mean ur AF too rich
