BOV Adaptor

Hey guys for the TD05 conversion, I am buying a intercooler kit for Evo 7.

Got 2 problems hope someone can help

1) The piping is 2.5inch throughout. Is that too big?

2) There BOV flange is 38mm. If I want to use the stock Evo BOV, must I get a 38mm adaptor?

My intercooler piping is from 2" to 2.5" before reaching the throttle body. I was being told that if the intercooler piping and intercooler is too big, it'll contribute to more lag.

Not sure about the BOV cos I am using HKS-SSQV

Does your HKS BOV recirculate to intake? IF not, then how to prevent stalling?

My HKS is vented. The stalling issue resolved after remapping done last time.

If I use intercooler with 2.5inch inlet and outlet both sides, can I used a 2.5inch to 2inch silicone adaptor to fit my 2 inch piping?

Sweet. Now I just need to figure out how to mount a Stock Evo BOV to a intercooler pipe that has a 38mm flange for an aftermarket valve. Not sure if they sell adaptors.
