Emanage Ultimate problem, help!

My ultimate is hooked up fine, software is installed and updated with driver.

but when i plug the usb cable to my laptop.. nothing happens.. no usb plugged in.. etc and it just stays offline. nothing happens.

manual boost controller, need help

i just get manual boost controller, works engineering type. but i don't know how to install it. this is my picture of it. anybody help
