hhhmmm..... some dont get wat i say .. http://www.projectaspec.com/goffdrifting.html Answer: Here is a basic list of upgrades you can do to your civic.. The hatch and even better 4th gen civic has a great shape and wheel base for this. So here is a look at some the things this FF Drift civic has. 1. Stiffer motor mounts help a lot 2. LSD Even though the car is using the FWD the LSD guides better control to bring the car around after a slide. 3.Racing Seat is a must because the car is under more stress then a FR (RWD).. You will be tossed around more and easy to lose control.. I know ;-) 4.Stiffen chassis with a role bar or seam weld. This will help keep the car from flexing under all this pressure. 5. E brake adjust over the widest possible area. For more control. Tire and wheels combos: Front 15” is prime size in the front use a tire with a very wide tread possible. This allows for more control on front. Rear 13” or what ever, Tires that are crappy with a lot of non rolling resistance. Tire pressures in the rear should be at least 10Psi over stock. Also look over different front pressures and play with different combos , use white lines on the side of the tire to see how bad the side wall is being eaten up. Possible Toe settings Note any toe in will hurt you ability to get side ways. F – 1 R max – out. Camber settings F -2 R 0 Springs D and S.R in R umm stiff as fuck or 12K Fronts are a decent setting used in auto X See auto X area for more on that. Rear Sway bar myth… The rear sway bar adjustments are really over rated since the rear sway bar creates alot of over steer thus making the power slide look or action.. Its not really the best upgrade to run a super stiff power slide. You will find that your true slide will be a act of faking over steer but going to under steer.
