Why do we need to apply Ceramic Coating on Piston Liner?

1. Improve Lubrication
2. Protect Piston Liner

1. When we need to apply Ceramic Coating on the Liner?
If you rebore your Piston Liner due to scratch. We need to apply the coating back cause the original coating already being remove out which act as a protective layer for lubrication.

2. Will the coating scratch out by piston ring?
Our coating is specially design for piston liner which help to improve lubrication.

3. How thick is out coating?
0.001 micron

How long we need to apply the coating?
4 - 5 working days.
