Change Pistons and Rebore Block

Dear All,

If u were to change to bigger pistons example 86mm with rebored block, should i change the ecu setup as well to compensate for the change? Am currently using stock standard e3, bov, stainless steel i/c and fuel regulator, 250lph fuel pump. Can i use safc as a minimum?
