The different in dash???

Hi guys, i plant to buy evo7, but i notice that there are some different between the two evo i saw.
The air con area, 1 is in the middle and another 1 is at the bottom of the panel. Is that the different of model?

hi, one owner of the evo8 told me that his evo fuel consumption is high. during stock and after modified more or less the same consumption.
