Differences between super back and flat back thrust bearing TD05

Hi,
I'm rebuilding my TD05..after looking some kit in the ebay..i found 2 different building kits.
1.Super back thrust bearing
2.Flat back thrust bearing

I'm not sure which one to choose..
may someone here can...
