Furnitures are all BRAND NEW from Ikea.Take a look at the pictures given.The Unit is situated on the 21st floor and beautiful view of the golf course.Every block has a private swimming pool(in total 7 blocks 7 swimming pools),gym,tennis court,24-hour mamak inside the condo,mini-mart inside the condo.Tight security with card access.Only 5 minutes away from Ikea,The Curve,Cineleisure,Tesco,Mc D,Burger King.Very very convinient.10 minutes to 1-Utama.

Reason for renting: Going overseas to work.

Looking for young couple working(professional).NO STUDENTS.Must be neat n tidy.

Renting period: Between 10 -12 months( coz company not confirm on my length of stay overseas)
