MKIV is relativley new.2. no doubt DC5 is cheaper. but from a different perspective why Kah Motor and Honda Malaysia could not bring few hundred units? 1st thing they have to consider is the price they need to sell becoz of heavy tax penalties. when its goin to be expensive, there will be very little demand. while on the other hand they have to provide warranties and guarantee parts availability.i believe if there is no AP for used/recond cars and only franchise holder can import cars, Honda Malaysia will be selling DC5 just as expensive as Golf MKIV.3.power wise i dont think there will be much difference when if one has 150bhp, while the other has 160bhp. especially in KL traffic. we cant compare golf and integra directly as DC5 is meant more for track use. as for Golf, the GTI emblem alone means Gran Touring Injection (GT for older cars without EFI). if you want to travel from JB to Kota Bharu fast and in comfort, this is the car.4. personally i will choose MKIV Golf for its understated looks. he he... with DC5 other motorists will think twice and not play-play. they will definitely try to smoke Golf, not knowing they will smoked instead. he he..</blockquote>
