How to change the woonder panel

Any idea how to change the wooden panel on most wira/satria to either black or something.
Or are there stickers for it?
Or we need to take the whole thing out and repaint it?

does any1 here knows the correct wiring for this type of Reverse siren?
Brand is denso dat make the "Ting Tong Bakkusimas" sound

there;'s 8 wires altogether...
i've been told to use the REd+red/white and the black...
