diffrence 20v and 16v exhaust port

hello zth members.. is there any diffrence in exhaust port of 16v and 20v.have anyone mod 20v blacktop exhaust header to 4age 16v... need opinion frm zth member...

Fuel regulator pressure
To those who are familiar with fuel regulators, what is the ideal fuel regulator pressure for a 4G63? Currently mine is set to 30psi for 0.9bar. Is that too low/high?
