My power window for my proton stopped working, so i brought it there to repair. The mechanic said it was the cables of the window railing spoil already so have to change the whole railing. So they dismantled the door panel and tried to remove the railing and faced difficulties. The mechanic asked for help from another mechanic who took cable cutters to cut the cables for the railing and was VERY rough in the process. Dented the door panel such but since its hidden behind the door panel i just told them be more careful.After they managed to take out the railing and change it, the power window again cannot work. This time the mechanic tried to pull a fast one and said the motor just spoiled so have to replace. I got sooo pissed and screw him, in the first place should have checked properly as it was the motor that spoil and not the railing. Now I have to pay for both. So no choice, proceeded to change the motor too.After everything put back, when i wind up the window, i noticed my window's tint was badly scratched. One big chunk of it was scrapped off when the mechanic tried to cut the cables for the railing time. I complaint to the Japanese GM there who promised to replace but up till now, not settled yet. About 5 mths already and the last time I call him, he ignored me... Stupid Eneos...</blockquote>
