E5T/B6T Piston

I need to install either 1 type of these piston into my BD E3, rebored twice adee .....my mechanic says it shud hav bored 0.4 coz twice. Da thing is tat, is it possible tat i use da piston from E5T or B6T into my E3.....

im goin 2 turbo-charged it as ive got the neccessary kit i need except for low compression piston...

im worried about da bore & strokes stuff of da piston....mechanic has not disassamble da enjin 2 measure da size
