i just want to know if any of the r34gtt auto out there have any speed cut problem? as in 180km/h speed cut? what sort of speed cut device u guys are using?

Planning to BoltOn Turbo to My kelisa

1. Is it legal to BoltOn? any statement from JPJ to clarify this?
2. thinking to get turbo only first. Low boost at 0.4 or 0.5 without intercooler. Any problem?
