some questions about stock evo 8 boost

hi can anyone tell me what's the stock max boost for an evo 8 on WOT? the car is pretty stock with no mods except air filter, and a straight flow exhaust.

harder actuator

i'm a newbie. recently i installed rhf4 to my L2. the problem is i use a standard L2 actuator which i think too soft bcoz my max boost is 0.5. i presume it open too early. anybody know how to adjust it to become...
