Mazda RX8 Will not start

A friend of mine has a RX8 that just would not start. Then he was out of the country and the car has sat for 1 year. It of course still will not start but will turn over. Any easay check/Fix?

Convoy + TT (SAT, 29th July)

Folks,

We'll have a 50km++ x 2 way 'speedruns' convoy & TT this coming SAT. Convoy will starts around 4pm and we'll head to our destination for some TT and perhaps dinner before returning back to KL.
