If you are worried about noise, just ensure that your rear muffler is an s-type box and not a straight thru type. Also a decent centre box would help keep the noise down.If you want performance, scrap the centre box and have a straight flow rear box! nice power but rather loud. As for the rear axle issue, u dont have to have a pipe looking like a washing machine hose! Its hard to say without viewing the clearance and options underneath but I would suggest you try other exhaust shops, they should be able to use the right bending machine/ technique or weld two diff section of bends together to get a smooth result. You could try Ah Heng Exhaust which is located near summit and Giant in Subang...he can be pricey but the job is proffesional. There is also the reknown 'Jamal' and a handful of others.Ask around afew exhaust shops and compare theyre options and prices...dont rush coz its a fairly good sum to spend on and you want to make the best choice.
