Volvo 240GL (2300cc) Metallic Blue.

Engine : 1J (Supra halfcut) 2.5 Twin Turbo, 5Speed Manual. 1J Wiring
Supra 1J Black intercooler.
Brakes : Volvo 2Pot Front & 2Pot Rear Discbrake.
Exhaust and 3" piping
Bigger fuel pump, Evo3 + Supra drive shaft.
Fully serviced and top overhaul done when engine installed.

Body : No rust and no need to repaint. Paint job still good. Standard Volvo rims. Accident free.
Interior : Standard Volvo. Dashboard no cracks, Seats not torn. Front power windows working. Rear windows manual. Door panels and handles are all good. Not broken and not torn.

Others : Engine is smooth and no repairs needed. Only boosting 0.7Bar. Never boosted more then that because wanna maintain the engine. Can boost about 1.1Bar without mods.

This engine can spin the tyres from gear 1 to 4. Never tried gear 5.
Top Speed meter gantung 180KMH. Tried with friends Perdana Twin Turbo. He was doing 233KMH. I was ahead of him about 2 cars. I was on gear 4 with still more throttle left. Don't dare throttle more or put gear 5.

Halfcut RM4500...... install RM4500(mounting and strenghten and modify wiring)
RM 1400 original Volvo front absorbers and mounting.
RM 600 Sascs rear absorber.
Bought the Volvo for RM 7000.
Plus other services and parts.
All in all I spend near to RM30000, to get the car perfect condition. No one can notice this is a Turbo Charged Volvo. Intercooler is hidden behind the bumper and rims are standard.

Picture??? em... Full consumption?? How much is full tank? Can go how many KM right one full TAnk?

Full tank about RM90. If you whack and run the car RM10 can go about 40-50KM.

What axle you using?? Original? Did you go drift with the car? so heavy the car... Em.. Any others problem with it?? Interested .. Coz my dad use to have one 240 original Turbo.. Damn FAST. I'll consider about it...

Standard Volvo axle. Its the best. Strong enough. No drifting. Got no heart to throttle the engine like that. No problems at all. Only have 2 upgrade the brake pads. I'm using standard volvo pads. Car is fast. The car will only 'Sit down' when shift to gear 3. But if u full throttle in gear 3, the tyres will still spin like mad.

Spare parts no probs. Halfcut can get. Maintainance wise,no worries. Its basically standard. No mods done. So its not a prob. Thats the reason i dont wanna modify the engine much. I want the car to be trouble free.
Regards to pics, i dont have any yet. Car is away for new tyres and dicsbrakes. Besides, its just like any other Volvo. Only visible thing is the exhaust. That also people wont think its mod.

It's a 1985 model. It's not a 244 facelift, its originally a 240GL.
