Ensure that nobody is inside your car when you take the photo- take a second photo but this time, with someone inside your car, wearing the same color shirt as what you wore when you first got the summon.- print it in A4 size, color.This will be the evidence that the cops can't see through your tinting even from however far they are.Then, file a report of abuse of power / extortion against that police, saying exactly what happened to you on the day of the incident, in the report.
