yes .. some using AIRED .. u can register n subscribe to them monthly.. they will give u username&password ... eg. PWTC using AIRED signals ... if u wan surf there, it will popup an AIRED logon window and u can key in the specific username&password.

WiFi in Starbucks are free. I've tried it. You can give it a try too :)

Starbucks at KLCC, the one opposite the SONY showroom. it is under TIME, userid and p/word = zone, SSID= timezone. it works and is FREE.

rule of thumb: if the starbucks outlet sells foom ie: pasta, sandwiches, pastry, salad then it must have free WiFi. The smaller outlets doen's have free WiFi
