Gear Box Hyundai Getz 1.6A

Any comment on the gear box for Getz 1.6A? Noticed that whenever engage from P to D, there is a loud 'thump' sound + some hissing sound too. The hissing sound is also heard when engage from N to D. Anyone facing this problem also????
