When I play with Turbo around 8 years ago, no Proton under 2000 cc are allowed to intall 2000 cc engine.. Now JPJ allowed..? You are very lucky..

bro, 8 - 10 years ago no problem getting JPJ endorsement. i had a conversion from 1.3 to 2.0 with minimal fees done. back then all you needed was runners!
