WASTEGATE TIAL 38 MM

Ive just installed a brand new external wastegate TIAL 38 mm last weekend. My problem is it doesn't "open" at 1.0 bar but instead at 1.5 bar. As i now the 38 mm is used for 0.7-1.0 bar boosting. How do i adjust to...
