Hi guys, I'm using a Honda Civic Sedan year 1983 (2nd Generation) and I am planning on changing all the absorbers. Since this is an old car, I did like some opinions on what to take on. I have a personal liking on Monroe Sensatrac which I have no idea of the availability and I dunno what other options I have. Anyone can share their opinions, and also quote up some prices? Pm me if there is anyone selling the absorbers too. Thanks in advance. :)

go to any spare parts shop and ask for the price. it will not cost much if u opt for apm or kayaba shock. coz monroe is a bit expensive compared to others in term of stock shock absorber. price ranging between rm35 to rm45 for rear, rm60 to rm80 for front (juz estimation)
for an old car, its fairly reasonable priced shock is recommended coz u wont know when u gonna change the car...so many attraction out there...:)

I had tried asking Monroe, but there isn't any stock available for this model. Not sure if Kyb or APM has gas type shocks for this crap but eventually, something that is lower than rm800 should be ok. I'll be using this for long, as the engine is running smoothly. If I gotta do shipping from US, it may cost up to RM900 for Monroe, which is much more expensive than Protons out there.. :(
I'm still new, I'm not sure what will a spare parts shop would be a good option as 2nd hand shocks won't perform as it used to be, right? Please enlighten me bro.
