make a report doesn't really meant that ur going to claim insurance...
U can go and just make a report telling them the incident. Than whether or not the police investigate is another thing. At least u know that u've done your part.......

btw, sorry that it happened to you.......

p/s: u might want to tell the police about the "cari-gaduh" incident. So in case anything else happened to your car, at least the police would have a record that this stupid incident did happened and he would be the first suspect they go after.
Who knows after the report, the police might go after him....

bro, make a police report within 24 hours regardless of impact of repair to be done. describe the whole thing. each and every single thing. The police can simply trace the owner of this vehicle through JPJ. Once they got the owner's details from JPJ, police will send this owner a letter ask him to present himself in the police station at which you filed the report. If this owner does not present himself, subsequent letters will be sent to him for a certain period (probably 2 months). after that, a surat cinta will arrive for him to be present in court. if not present also, the court will issue waran tangkap. for me, this can be classified as hit and run. this so God damn f**king useless piece of s**t deserve to be treated like this. if you do not make the first step to file a police report, it's no point for you to be angry at all. yu want to do justice to him, right? believe me, file the police report, you will be smiling when you see this guy in the police station or in court.

The Storm owner might be already file report say you threaten him

it possible ..

just file a report to protect yourself only incase the fella try to play around
