Seller seem like no hurry 2 sell, don belif thru a few email could get it deal. Got a lot of sincere buyers but didn't c much from d seller. If i'm not mistaken loan below 100k, could be less, bank wou classified its an unfavor model n somore it's 6 yr old od, even can get high loan interest shd fall between 3.5 tp 3.8% even higher. N good news n good luck 2 seller, someone is cash buyin wo! (really not a bad economy 2 some1 in nowaday) sorry 4 sayin so much...anyway good luck n free bump!
