After years of issues I finally did this DIY fix....you can save abit a money from this fix....
Older honda's EF/EG/EK....etc have been know to have a faulty main/fuel relay which wll cause problems over time...usual symptoms : cannot start, start then dies (hot start), no "click" sound during engine check..etc.... more details about this in this link :

I've had this problem since I think 5 years ago... what most people would do is buy a 2nd hand relay form chopshop/workshop (about RM60)......it would work fine for a while then the issues would comeback....

above : pic of the culprit
The one shown above is the Mitsuba RZ-0132 model, similar models are RZ-0088/0042 (they look about the same).
The problem with this relay is with the circuit board soldering (not enough solder), which in time would cause gaps within the contact points....Honda did a fix on this relay with the model RZ-0159.
Because the problem is with the soldering, the mechanical parts in the relay are usually perfectly OK.....so the fix.....just resolder the contact points....
Having gone through 2 dead relays & 1 that is causing issues.....I finally decided what the hell, I got 2 dead relays to test if this works...So I searched for my old dusty solder kit and went to work...
Its quite easy really all you need is a solder & some flux....
Just press at the existing solder wait for it to melt and just add some more flux to it...or if your not lazy like me....suck/clean out the old solder first & add new flux...
Just one thing to remember, either way the old solder needs to be melted first....just adding on top of the old one will not fix the problem.

Finally the Verdict....
After completed, went to my car, pulled out the relay soket and plugged it in the fixed one (previously dead) and MAGIC!!!.....the sweet sound of 2 "Clicks" again.....I successfully brought back to life my dead relay...
Bcoz it worked, I took out the relay which i was using previously & did the fix also to it (making a spare)...
Been using the new fixed relay for a week now & no issues at all, no more hard to start situations (on warm starts) and no more jutters (after cold start)....finally after 5 years...
A new relay will cost you around RM150....so i just saved some money & even got spares....
