My Vancouver customer was a bike enthusiast so he showed me the Honda 1967 RC bikes which was used in racing. I was really shock because I've never heard of bike with 6 cylinder before. The sound was really music to the ears...It really show Honda's advanced technology at that time(1967). The last Honda bike to feature a L6 engine was the CBX100 in 1978.
The inline 6 bike was so hard to start that it need to start by push starting it and the rider need to keep revving the throttle to keep the engine running.
It's like the Ferrari in the bike world.
1st Gen: RC166 250CC, Hp 62 at 17,000RPM
2nd Gen: RC174 350CC, Hp 67 at 16,000RPM
Here's vid of the rare bike.
