Q3: When can I use these "Room Cash Vouchers"?
A3: They can be used for any stays from Sunday night till Thursday night, excluding on the nights where the next day is a public holiday. These vouchers are valid from 1 September to 30 November 2007

Q1: What is this voucher all about?
A1: This voucher, is a room cash voucher, valued at RM388 per voucher. Each can be used for a night's stay per room at Hotel Equatorial Melaka by off-setting the value stated on the cash voucher against the Hotel's tariff room rates (also called the published room rates). By off-setting RM388 against the tariff room rates, you will only be required to pay the balance of the difference.

Q2: How much will I have to pay?
A2: Assuming that you are staying for 1 night in a Superior room. The calculations for your room rate is:
Superior room tariff rates (RM450 +10% service charge + 5% government tax)=RM517.50Less the value of the “Room Cash Voucher"=RM388.00Superior Room rate you only pay=RM129.50 nett

Terms and Conditions for the Room Cash Voucher:
The "Room Cash Voucher" is valid from 1 September to 30 November 2007
Only one (1) room cash voucher can be used per room per night
The Room Cash Voucher is applicable for:-

• Stays from Sunday till Thursday only, except 15 - 16 September, 13 - 15 October and 8 November 2007
• Room only
• Room bookings with tariff room rates
• Payment with a Standard Chartered Credit Card only

The Room Cash Voucher is not applicable in conjunction with other discounts and promotions
The Room Cash Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash
Advance room booking is required
Confirmation of room booking is subject to availability
Original Room Cash Voucher must be presented to the receptionist upon check-in for hotel's verification
