where to remap /reflash/rechip Evo2 Ecu? pls help

hi i have a evo2 halfcut in my satria... stock with all rev cuts n speed cuts intact.. where do i go or wat shld i do to make the stock ecu reflashable? i heard of ostrich emulators and rechipping to enable...
