speed limit cut for japan engine

hi guys..... i already install speed cut limit but the prob. it seem nothing happen. same like before. i don't know that prob. come from my engine or this unit. i use ultra brand. ( from japan) other funtions on this...

about BOV/wasgate/actuator...

newbie in turbo field...so would like the sifus to tell me the difference in a blow off valve and a wastegate and actuator? i'm getting more and more confused as i read more :lol: to me it seems like they all have...
