Thing is no one likes to be punished whether it be by death or a 100 dollar fine. Yet people still commit crimes because they don't believe in getting caught. It's punishable by death in our country and yet people still continue to do so. In some ways though, we probably understand what goes through the minds of law breakers. I'm pretty darn certain we've broken the law at least once. I ask myself how I felt when I first made an illegal U-turn and got away with it. I remember it was thrilling and I was excited and pleased with myself for not getting caught. The difference between someone like you and I as opposed to a criminal is that they need to feed this desire of theirs more than we do. The desire of behaving in a rebelious manner and getting away with it. The same way some people cheat death by doing extreme acts. Having said all of that, I'm baffled as to what form of punishment will suit these individuals as I don't think they ever consider getting caught or apprehended in the first place.</blockquote>
