BOV Adaptor

Hey guys for the TD05 conversion, I am buying a intercooler kit for Evo 7.

Got 2 problems hope someone can help

1) The piping is 2.5inch throughout. Is that too big?

2) There BOV flange is 38mm. If I want to use...
